Father and DNA Son - Soothing Story

Suryakant – So how are you doing beta, it’s been a while we spoke and met. How are your studies going on.

Son – I am doing good Papa, just wishing if you and mom can live together?

Suryakant – Bacha, we can have this conversation later. We have got very limited time and let us make full use of the same. Tell me what all you intend to do today.

 
Son - I know papa, we may or may not meet again.

Suryakant – Na Na, do not think negative beta, we will and for sure meet again. So, just relax let us live the moment.

Son - Ok as you say (with a sobering voice). Can I ask you something today, will you get that for me.

Suryakant – yes, please tell me. If its really needed and I can afford it I will surely get that same for you.

Son - You can afford it papa, mom says you have lot of money. He gives a flashy smile. ????

Suryakant – Ah, Badmash Bacha see how happily you are giggling. Tell me what do you want?

Son – I have been thinking of having a laser gun that shoots and a laser car but that is too costly.

Suryakant – ok there is a new Toy shop that is recently opened in the same Mall, lets see if they have what you are asking for.

Son – No Papa! leave it, Mumma will shout on me and again say something wrong about you.

So, both Suryakant and son entered in a huge toy shop with all latest and wonderful toys, ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs 75,000. Son just ran as if he was free from a cage and left in a fairy, beautiful and free world. He directly went to the section where he had the toy that he was asking for. He picked up both, placed in the cart and came back to his dad. In the meantime, Suryakant was moving around just figuring out which section did his son sneak in.

Son – Here are the things that I was asking for. He handed over the laser gun and the laser car to his father.

Suryakant – OMG, I am not able to believe my eyes son. The cost for each one is around Rs. 12,000. It will be difficult for me to get you these costly things during our first meeting. Just for your information, you mother has got written instructions from the court that I will not be gifting any costly items to you. So, I am sorry, you may not get this from me today.

Son - Ok Papa. Can we watch a movie that is released 2 days back, I love the action hero in that Movie.

Suryakant – Of course we will, let me grab the tickets. We will enjoy snacks during the show.

Father grabbed the platinum class tickets that had all sitting comforts and complimentary food included. They both entered the theatre, as they reached their respective place. Son was excited and super happy to see the seats and the luxury.

Son – These chairs are very big with recliners up, down, front and back. My friends have been boasting around for a while and teasing me as well. Now I will show them I have also got a chance to sit on these chairs. I will make them jealous by telling them that I have watched first day first show. Also, you know papa, this 1 chair is similar to 2 chairs in my house.

Suryakant – I am glad that you are happy. Ok, you were telling about the teasing what was that? Can tell me later now lets enjoy the movie.

In the meantime, a boy approached with a big tray with Nachos, Coke and Finger Chips. He said he will be back in interval with Popcorn and Soft drinks. Seeing this son really felt proud.

Son – We are getting so royal treatment papa, as if the owner knows you.

Father was happy to see his son thrilled, excited and enjoying the company of his dad.

It was noon by the time the movie ended, father checked with his son if he was hungry. On that he got the following answer.

Son – Dad, we have eaten so much I would have in 2 days. See my tummy is out. Yes, but I will like to have ice-cream.

Suryakant – Sure, but you had a tonsil when you were small and ice-cream was not to be given to you. You mummy will be angry if you get cough.

Son – (With an exclamation face) Papa, you remember that I used to get sick after eating ice creams. Ok then! We can have something from KFC.

Suryakant – Ok, what you would like to have something in Chicken or vegetarian.

Son – I am pure vegetarian. Mumma will kill me if I do so.  But if you want you can have, I know you eat non veg. I will have something in Veg.

Both enjoyed the meal along with a small scoop of ice cream ????

There was good conversation between the two, about school, friends, his hobbies and all. Father recollected about the teasing stuff so he asked what was that exactly he said.

Son – That’s ok Papa, I settled off and had warned him not to do so again. If he does, I will kick him.

Suryakant – What was he teasing about?

Son – That is common for children like us who do not have father. They tease me that I do not have father and all.

Suryakant – But I am still here and always around when ever you need me. Just let me know if I need to accompany you to any of your school functions or events, I will love to do the same.

Son – its ok Papa, I will manage. Yes, I will let you know for any events going on. But I am sure mummy will not agree for that. Again, I will get the beating or shouting. Can we now go to the gaming zone? I had been here last year with my friends, but was not able to play much. Did not have money to buy the tickets.

Suryakant – Ok, will you be interested to play Bowling game. I love that. I did play that when I did get a chance to visit US.

Son – Yes, I would love to but they charge heavily for 1 hour.

Father purchased the time for 2 hours for both and they enjoyed the game. Also got the swipe card refilled to play all games one or more times. Son was very happy to play that and he was really playing well.

Suryakant – You really play very well, where did you learn all these.

Son – You tube and internet. You also play very well; I was not able to defeat you. We had played around 5 games and you won 4 of them.

Son played all the games minimum 2 times and was happy, then he gets a call from his mother to ask how are things and to be back on time.

Suryakant – It is almost time to leave but will you like to have some tea or coffee with snacks.

Son – My Tummy will burst papa; can I have some fruit juice.

Suryakant – Of course, I will have tea. Will take some bites that we can munch on.

After a wonderful happening day, father dropped the son and had a happy departure to meet again during the next week end.
